  • CBT helps you identify and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or stress.

    In individual therapy, we work together to recognize patterns that aren't serving you and develop practical tools to think and respond in healthier, more balanced ways.

  • CPT is a specific form of CBT designed for people who have experienced trauma. It focuses on helping you understand how the trauma has affected your thoughts and beliefs, especially about yourself, others, and the world.

    In personal therapy, we gently challenge those thoughts so you can begin to feel safer, more in control, and more connected.

  • DBT is especially helpful for managing intense emotions, relationship struggles, and impulsive behaviors.

  • Though often used in couples work, EFT can also be powerful in individual therapy. It helps you explore emotional patterns and attachment needs, so you can better understand your emotional responses and strengthen your sense of security in relationships—with others and with yourself.

  • IFS helps you understand and heal the different “parts” within yourself—like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or the part that holds pain from the past.

    In one on one therapy, we gently explore these inner parts with curiosity and compassion. The goal is to help you connect with your core Self—the calm, wise, grounded part of you—so you can lead your life with more clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.

  • Schema Therapy goes deeper into long-standing emotional patterns and beliefs—often formed in childhood—that continue to impact your life today.

    In individual therapy, we identify and begin to heal these “schemas” so you can break free from cycles of self-doubt, abandonment fears, or people-pleasing, and build healthier self-worth and relationships.

  • This approach is rooted in empathy, unconditional support, and helping you reconnect with your true self.
